What's the jewelryfactory.com return policy?

All  products from our Specialty or Classic Collections are 100% guaranteed to make you a happy client. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any item (without custom engraving or custom sizing) in its original condition, undamaged and not worn in any way with it's original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a refund (less any shipping charges) or an exchange. Refunds must be on the same credit card used for purchase. Approved returns after 15 days may be for credit only. Please follow our return procedures exactly to insure prompt service.

How do I return a product?

Returns may only be returned to the same warehouse from where it was shipped . The Jewelry Factory has two different warehouses that ship product to our clients. Classic Collections products are shipped from our warehouses with Jewelers-Services in Ohio. Our JF Essentials Products are shipped from our warehouses in California. Determine which return procedures are correct for your product.

Classic Collections shipped from our Jewelers-Services Ohio warehouse:

Instructions for returns are on the packing slip sent with your package. Fill out the form on this slip to ensure the fastest processing of your return. If the form has been misplaced, please write on a sheet of paper the buyer's name, the Order Confirmation Number, and the reason for the return, and include it with the return. After wrapping the package securely with it's original packaging, you should insure it & send it to the following address:

JF Essentials Products shipped from the North Hollywood California Warehouse:

Call 800-421-0200, and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the outside of your box & ship back to the address found at the top of your invoice. If you have a hard time reaching us by phone, fax a note with a copy of your invoice to request the Return Authorization Code & we'll either fax, email or call you with that information on the next business day. Place all the original packaging in the box, for security reasons, do not write "Jewelry" anywhere on the outside of the box. After wrapping the package securely with it's original packaging, you should insure it & send it to the following address:

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund, credit or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, sized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Authorization return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
